Big shout out to the amazing young Mary at Inspire2tri for taking the time to analyse our granddaughter Sienna's running and swimming technique. (15yrs old representing QLD in several athletic and swimming fields)

The level of detail, knowledge and encouragement in her feedback was simply outstanding. She provided clear, practical advice that Sienna can now take back to her coaches in Australia to help continue her development.

As a proud Granddad, it's incredibly rewarding to see someone invest so much care and expertise in helping a young athlete grow. Three of us attended the Introduction to open water swimming this week. Absolutely brilliant! All of us were nervous, Mary made us feel at ease & confident in the water. What an amazing evening swimming in Rutland water. So clean & relaxing. We had a great time.

A wonderful facility with knowledgeable and helpful staff members. It is available to people requiring rehabilitation/ support in addition to athletes and I would thoroughly recommend attending.
