Description

From our cosy Kingfisher Pod, you can explore the water, woodlands and moorlands surrounding the lake or explore Exmoor National Park.


Kingfisher has a built-in double bed and two fold-up camp beds for maximum space. Enjoy summer stargazing from your own picnic table and gravel area. Or grab your torches to venture to our new Dark Skies Discovery Hub. A perfect place to watch the stars or the moon!


The pod is fitted with outdoor lights and also has 3 plug sockets and 1 solar-powered USB.

  9. Cycle path to dam plus circular footpath (walking/running only) around the lake and opportunities to venture on the moors.
  10. 3-5 min walk to Activity Centre (site reception). Onsite activities include lessons and equipment hire in Watersports, high ropes and archery. Self launch your own kit from £15 a day or we recommend a Temporary Self Launch Membership (£40-80) if staying several days.


Minimum Night Stay:

Low - Mid Season: all glamping has a 2-night minimum stay.

High Season: all glamping has set stays of Friday - Monday or 3 night min during the week.
