Experience the beauty of the River Thames on this SUP Yoga river retreat! Arrive and set up for a 8.30am start.
£45 for the retreat and add on another £20 if you want a board too. Starting and finishing at Ray Mill Island, ( starting from Boulters Lock if you have your own board), we will take our time to paddle upstream to Hedsor Waters past Cliveden. It is a slow steady paddle just over 2 hours of paddling and 2 hours of yoga which is interspersed throughout the journey at different beauty spots along the way. Paddleboarding and Yoga are the perfect blend and where better to relax and yoga than a quiet place tucked away from everything and everybody. We paddle to special spots along the river, and along the way to unwind, relax and restore yourself. Water lapping around the board, birds unflustered around you and the most comfortable yoga mat to enjoy your session. It might seem along way but we will be pausing so often you will not even notice the distance, it could be the perfect way to relax and restore yourself.

Requirements
We would like you to have experienced paddleboarding before ( not necessarily the yoga) as we are going off on a journey to our 'retreat spots' - so we recommend the SUP Starters class.
