  • Description

Enjoy a slow steady paddle interspersed with mini yoga breaks throughout the journey at different beauty spots along the way. Paddleboarding and Yoga are the perfect blend and where better to relax and yoga than a quiet place tucked away from everything and everybody. Water lapping around the board, birds unflustered around you and the most comfortable yoga mat to enjoy your session. It might seem along way but we will be pausing so often you will not even notice the distance, it could be the perfect way to relax and restore yourself.

The paddle board is the perfect place to enjoy yoga and being on the water makes it extra special. The yoga is easier than the paddle and most of the yoga is lying down or seated. 2 hours of paddling and 2 hours of yoga, no yoga experience is needed however this is not suitable for those who have not paddled before. You need to be able to stand and paddle at minimum 2mph.

The exact location ( somewhere on the Thames between Maidenhead and Hurley ) for launching will be messaged to you a few days before and will depend on water and weather conditions.

£45 for the retreat and add on another £20 if you want a board too.

Subject to change if weather or river conditions are not suitable and full refunds will be offered or a change of date.

If you would like us to organise a SUP Yoga River Retreat for your group of friends or colleagues then please do let us know. I also know other qualified SUP Yoga teachers throughout the country as I run SUP Yoga Teacher Training twice a year, so please do ask me for recommendations or dates to host an retreat for you.

    Dates so far for 2024

    21 July- 8 Sept

We would like you to have experienced paddleboarding before ( not necessarily the yoga) as we are going off on a journey to our 'retreat spots' - so we recommend the SUP Starters class.

    What to bring
