Paddleboard Maidenhead

We had a fantastic time at Paddleboard Maidenhead on Saturday. We arrived as complete beginners and, thanks to the excellent instruction, were standing up and paddling confidently in no time.

Our instructor was friendly, knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything clearly and making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Learning the basics out on the river was great fun, and we came away feeling that we had learned a lot as well as having a brilliant day.

A really enjoyable experience from start to finish. We would happily recommend Paddleboard Maidenhead to anyone wanting to give paddleboarding a try, particularly if you are starting from scratch. We will definitely be back.

My brother said paddleboarding seems abit pointless. My response; if you want great tuition (thx Phil :)), a beautiful stretch of the Thames (and stunning views of Clivedon from the water), if you want to rest your busy mind and stretch your body in a way that is effective without feeling like a workout; Paddleboard Maidenhead may be just the answer you are looking for. My 1:1 with Phil achieved all this and more. Great conversation, a dollop of mindfulness, a great 4-5K paddle and superb scenery whilst flexing my muscles, improving my posture and testing my balance. Would love to do more.

Amazing beginners lesson at paddle board Maidenhead. It was a first time for all us of us including my 10year old daughter. Tara and Phil were both knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic allowing the session to go at our pace. We could not have been happier with our 2 hours session and would definitely return!
