SUP Starters with Paddleboard Maidenhead is the perfect way to start your paddleboarding journey! Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Maidenhead, Berkshire, we take you on a journey of learning in the tranquil backwaters near Boulters Lock and once you have the skills on the main Thames towards Cliveden.

We can provide you with an unforgettable beginners experience. This 2-hour session with a 1:4 instructor to novice paddler ratio, costs £50 each with £10 extra for board. Please don't buy a board for this first lesson. We advise you take your time as you progress the length and width of the board will evolve. we ensure personalised attention to everyone in our group according to their individual needs.

Starting with a seated position, we will guide you on manoeuvring the board, gradually transitioning to kneeling, and finally standing on the paddleboard. If you face any mobility challenges, don't hesitate to inform us so we can make the necessary provisions.

If you want to call to discuss your specific needs or have a date request message Tara on 07505 147957

In light of recent press coverage of water quality of the Thames,

we are part of a local river watch group to assess E.coli levels- Link to test results. Weekly tests show levels generally considered to be safe (less than a count of 100) and the results are actually in the "Excellent" category for bathing water based on the Environmental Agency criteria. At present wild swimmers are enjoying this stretch of the Thames every day!
