Enjoy the River Thames as you embark on your two-hour Ready to Ride lesson with Creek Paddles!

During this course, you'll be introduced to the basics of paddleboarding and get out on the water quickly. You will learn about safety techniques, how to stand up and balance, how to manoeuvre around obstacles in your path, and basic paddling strokes that will help you navigate through any body of water.

Liz will guide you every step of the way so that by the end of your lesson, you can confidently enjoy a peaceful paddleboard journey surrounded by nature. So grab your board and join us at Creek Paddles for an unforgettable experience!

Bring a Hat, Suncream, towel and change of clothes just in case!

Ill take you out from my garden on the river in a quiet creek to get the basics then we'll go out on to the Main River
