Booked a 1 person kayak there for an hour. People are nice and helpful. They provided me the dry bag, glass strap and a waterproof phone case which I didn’t expect at all. They also have limited 6 lockers so I would say they are well equipped to provide good service!

Highly recommend Floatin on Thames. Christine was so nice and helpful. We kayaked for 4 hours and had the best time. We came on a Monday so it was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful place to go kayaking and Christine provided everything we could’ve possibly needed (even waterproof phone cases!). The kayaks seemed good quality too and were comfortable to sit in and easy to navigate (I’ve had other experiences!). So if you’re comparing different rental places, look no further and go for this one! ✨
