    Bring a mate, share the cost, share the fun! Come and try mat Pilates at the Surf Fit studio in Newquay, Cornwall. Pilates is a mind, body, and spirit practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance. 


    You’ll increase lung capacity, improve your concentration and focus, and gain greater awareness of your body. It’s also great for stress management, and injury prevention.


    There must be two people booked to attend this class. If one of you can’t make the session then you should cancel with at least 24 hours notice, and rebook as a one-to-one session,

    Please bring some water. Wear clothes you can move in, but make sure that there are no zips or buttons that may damage the equipment. Sessions are either barefoot or with socks.
