1. 10 to 13 Years Old: Children in this group can throw with adult supervision on-site. Whether you choose to participate or cheer from the sidelines, it’s guaranteed to be a great time!
2. 14 to 17 Years Old: This age group can take part in the action but must have a responsible adult (18+) present and reachable during the session.

We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors! Our visitor centre is fully accessible, featuring a layout that's designed for ease of movement, including plenty of space for wheelchair users.

While many of our walks offer natural beauty and are suitable for various mobility needs, please note that some paths consist of gravel and uneven terrain, which may present challenges for wheelchair access. Additionally, certain trails include some steep inclines, adding to the adventure!

We also offer conveniently located disability access parking bays right by the visitor centre, making it easy for you to start your journey with us.
