    MAI Adventures collaborates with Emma Forde Yoga to bring a unique experience. Merge tranquility and adventure in an unforgettable experience with Mai Adventures' Yoga and SUP Sunset/Moonrise. A synergistic blend of meditative yoga practice and stand up paddleboarding, this mini retreat stirs up energy and delivers serenity, right in the heart of the Tamar Valley. We kick start the retreat with a session of soul-awakening yoga led by our professional Yoga instructor, Emma Forde. Immerse in the rhythmic flow of breath and movement, as Emma guides you on a journey to ignite strength, flexibility, and inner balance. As the setting sun paints shades of fiery oranges and deep purples across the Cornish sky, prepare yourself for an awesome SUP adventure. Whether you experience or a first-time paddler, we ensure an experience that is as relaxing as it is exhilarating, even as you play with a range of yoga poses on the board. As your journey on the river progresses, let the rising full moon guide you into a deeply relaxing meditation, connecting the elements of land and water. Experience mindfulness like never before, amidst the soothing sounds of gently lapping water and the rhythmic singsong of the evening creatures. Join us for this 3-hour retreat, a perfect blend of yoga, SUP, meditation, and the natural wonders of a Cornish sunset and moonrise, and allow yourself to experience a deep release of tension and an invigorating rejuvenation of mind and body.

    Requirements

    Due to tides and the sunset we need to make sure we start on time so please arrive at 20 minutes before the session starts.


    Please bring a big smile and loads of good energy.


    What to bring
    1. Yoga mat
    2. Water in a reusable bottle
    3. Warm clothes
    4. Leggings you don’t mind getting wet
    5. Warm waterproof top
    6. Head torch
    7. Warm socks/ clothes/ beanie for afterwards
    8. Bring a big smile and some positive energy
    9. A mug of tea
    10. Gloves




    Itinerary
    1. Arrive to set up boards on water and mats on the ground 20mins prior to session
    2. Yoga
    3. Paddleboard journey
    4. A moon salutation on the board
    5. Sunset meditation either on the boards or on the mats
    6. Enjoy some yogi tea
