    Paddling on the River Dee and Rivers of North Wales .Paddling on the challenging Dee rivers suitable for developing white water skills and techniques guided by experienced coaches.We are looking to run this trip with in Association with Paddlesport Coaching.*

In addition to paddling on the River Dee there .Paddle sections of moving water under the guidance of British Canoeing paddling coaches.


    The River Dee offers a range of paddling options available with sections of grade 2, 3 water suitable to develop skills whilst exploring the rivers of North Wales region.

    Wales offers some of the countries most scenic paddling and even when the rivers are low there are some amazing paddling sections to train on as well as good wild river paddling locations.


    For those with experience we can offer peer paddling, coaching or a combination of paddling sessions depending on your experience over the weekend.


    We have a variety of white water boats and paddling kit and can offer hire boats suitable for your adventure. Experience the wild and rugged beauty of North Wales on this 8-hour peer paddling adventure! Join us in Llangollen, Wales as we paddle through some of the most stunning scenery while developing your white water paddling skills on the challenging River Dee.


    Our experienced British Canoeing coaches will provide instruction throughout the trip, so whether you're an experienced paddler or just getting started there's something for everyone. We have a variety of white water boats and equipment available to rent should you need it. So come explore these rivers with us - an unforgettable journey awaits!

    *Whoosh Explore will be in operation alongside and under the guidance of Paddlesports Coaching to deliver this activity.

    Requirements

    Candidates should have aquired a level of flatwater paddling skills and be able undertake either a roll or have completed a paddlesports rescue and safety award prior to attending and have experience in paddling in a flat water environment with confidence.

    What to bring

    Suitable clothing and equipment including paddles, helmet boat and clothing for paddling in a moving water environment

    Itinerary

    Our plan is to paddle on sections of grade 2 water in and around the North Wales area. rivers within a grade two paddling category include the Llugwy, River Dee and Sections of the Tryweryn, paddling these sections will be dependent on suitable river conditions to allow safe paddle sport coaching.
