Everything you always wanted to know about running technique but were afraid to ask!

Whether you're an existing runnner wanting to improve your skills, or a complete 'newbie' wondering what running is all about.
I invite you to join me (Mary) on a 2hr 'journey' through the essentials of running strength and technique relevant to ALL levels of experience. I will challenge you both mentally and physically but most of all I want you to have fun and don't worry because no-one will feel out of place whatever your standard or level of experience.
Requirements
Masks are not requred but we respectfully request that you are either double vaccinated or take a lateral flow test before attending and have not been in close contact with a current COVID case. We use state of the art UV-C air cleansing units and a CO2 monitor to create a safer indoor environment in which to exercise.
A curiosity for learning about good running technique . ANY level welcome - we won't be doing lots of running and so you will not be disadvantaged evern if you're brand new to running.
What to bring
