    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

This is a session specifically for those entered into Vitruvian to do an orientation session.

We have a session time of 6-7:30, with a projected swim time of 6:15. please arrive promptly so that we can get in the water after a short briefing to help you on the day.

Paul Cowling (Race Director) will be busy on the night but may be around to answer any questions you may have about logistics (that aren’t in your race info or Mary can't answer).

The course will be set up with buoys and so you will be able to practice a full swim course, with sighting. Watersports will be providing safety cover.

Transition will be set up enough for you to practice run-in and Paul has promised at least one rail if you want to bring your bike and practice the full swim in-transition and onto bike.

This isn’t the race…that’s for Sunday! You can swim as fast or as slowly as you like, making sure you have your sighting (and drafting if you’re next to someone) nailed for on the day!

I will be at the back of Watersports to check you in from 5:30pm.

    Requirements

This session is open to anyone registered for the Vitruvian Triathlon

    What to bring

Warm clothes for afterwards. Brightly coloured hats (can both be loaned free of charge pre-sanitised if you don't have your own).

    Itinerary

A change to rekkie the swim course and transition.
