A Training Session in Open Water instead of the Pool!

We are ROWPSC!
Club sessions booked individually for those who can't commit to more than 7 nights in the full programme.
Aimed at intermediate to advanced swimmers (Sportif or recreational) and triathletes to provide an hours exclusive coached Open Water Training.
The club runs for 12 weekly sessions from 20th May to 12th August with a weeks break on 1st July. 19th and 26th Aug are reserved for 2 potential overflow sessions if we have to cancel any sessions during this time for weather or water quality.
This is our third club year. You will get a free ROWPSC branded swim hat (sponsored by RocketScience Wetsuits) as part of the jfirst booking fee. Also, if you need a pre-paid parking ticket, please do this at check out else you will need to pay full hourly price unless you have a pass.
Swap the pool for open water one evening and come and do a structured training set in an exclusive small club environment to improve your open water performance whilst getting an aerobic training session!
We will do many things that you would normally do in a pool, including drills and endurance/tempo sets but always with an open water focus where swimming straight, being aware of your fellow swimmers and gaining advantage from technical ability is a fun challenge.
