Each session is 3hrs a day, for 5 days

Requirements

Water Confidence

What to bring

Old Trainers or Wetsuit boots (if you have them).
Towel
Swimwear for underneath the wetsuit
Sun Cream, Peaked Cap if hot
Woolly Hat if cold
Water Bottle
Packed Lunch (or card/cash for the onsite cafe)
