  • Description

Do you want to spend your days paddling amongst stunning coastal scenery and spend your nights camping on remote beaches?

Join Anita Daimond for a sea kayaking trip on the west coast of Scotland.

    1. Five days sea kayaking on west coast of Scotland
    2. Wild camping
    3. Suitable for paddlers with some existing sea kayaking skills but perhaps less familiar to camping from your kayak
    4. Learn what, and how to pack and how to stay warm, comfortable for a few days away from it all.

The trip exact route and itinerary will be tailored to the needs of the group and the weather forecast. Anita will gather information from you in advance to generate some ideas.

Kayak and kayak kit hire is possible.

    What to bring

This is a wild camping and sea kayaking trip. I have an extensive kit list covering the essentials and nice to haves.

Day 1 meet and greet in the evening - location will be either Fort William, Skye or Oban. Discuss the trip starting the next day. Answer any last minute questions.

Day 2 - on our first paddling day, we have plenty of time for packing our kayaks. We aim to paddle for a shorter time on day one.

Day 3-5 We aim to paddle for about 4-6 hours a day, with the necessary breaks for food and rests.

Day 6 - shorter paddle to end. Sort transport, shuttle if necessary and unload kayaks. Hopefully a last cuppa before we depart.
