Introduction Paddle Board lesson Ardèche

Come and enjoy Stand up paddle boarding on the beautiful Ardèche river. 

On our introductory SUP lesson you will learn, safety and paddle skills for stand up paddle boarding. 

We will explore and enjoy the river environment while practicing our skills through games and challenges. We will also take moments to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Our group lessons are Ideal for all ages from 7 years upwards. 

For younger children you can book a private group lesson - ages from 4 years upwards.

All our lessons are run by an instructor. 

Lessons can be run in French and English. 

 1.5 hour introductory group session/lesson

We run our Stand Up Paddle sessions from the Alain Bateaux River base in Salavas. The exact location will be sent to you after booking.
