  • An introductory paddleboard lesson on the sea at Aberavon

    Description

Embark on an adventure like no other with Outdoor Explore Wales' Sea Paddleboard Lesson from the beautiful Small Beach, Aberavon.

This paddleboard lesson will last 2-2.5 hours. It's a novice-friendly activity allowing you to learn in a small group (4 people max), so you can enjoy, relax and develop at your pace.

Our qualified and experienced instructors will guide you through a range of techniques, teaching you how to balance and steer your board as well as providing tips on safety and exploring our coastal waters. You'll be able to take in breathtaking views of the stunning Welsh coast from atop your board while also getting some exercise and enjoying the fresh sea air. So come join us for a fun day out at one of the most beautiful spots in Wales!

If you have your own equipment, this beautiful coastal experience costs just £45pp; alternatively, we can provide full kit hire for a small fee of £15 which includes a paddleboard, paddle, leash, buoyancy aid and waterproof jacket as well as a dry bag if required – wetsuits are also available upon request (£5 hire fee applies).

Any photos we take on the tour can be shared with you, for free, after the journey.

Please note, due to being a small business, we need at least two participants on open lessons. While we will do our best to fill each session, if there is only one person booked on, we will look at rearranging the session.

Once you book, we will send you the exact details of the meeting point location. If We also offer Private Lessons and Guided tours, please contact us to arrange this for you.

If you have any questions in the meantime, you can reach us directly:
