Whether you are learning Olympic Lifting, learning kettlebell progressions, developing any of these power and strength skills, or just starting out in the gym, everyone is welcome and Nick looks forward to pushing you in just the right way for you. Pay monthly required with just 1 month committment.
Your first session will involve some discussion and just a few movement assessments within a general warm up. An outline program will be set for you to follow with coaching. A specific detailed program will be written for you for the month. For a subsequent month we restart this process as well as assessing progress.
