Had a lovely sunny afternoon paddle boarding with Lou on the Thames natural history trip. It was so calming to be on the water and Lou was a great instructor guiding us how to navigate, had lots of interesting facts about the Thames and a welcome hot chocolate on the break. Hope to book another trip soon.
