Stithians Lake Activity Centre

What a really lovely site! Although we didn’t have rooms, I’ve based the rating on our pitch, which was a good size, easy to access, had convenient access to the electric hook-up and was nice and level.

The facilities were immaculate, and it was a great bonus to have a freezer and washing machine available too.

All the staff were very friendly and approachable, and the site warden was always on hand and happy to help.

We also used some of the facilities at the water sports centre, which were easy to use. The only slight downside was that the paperwork was quite in-depth and, unfortunately, one form didn’t cover everything, so there were a few forms to complete.

Overall, a lovely site with excellent facilities, friendly staff and a really welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return.

Very quiet, clean campsite. Good facilities, easy access to activities and a pub close by. 7 min drive to nearest shop.

I had an a amazing wing foil lessons here.  The centre is really well set up with good changing rooms and showers, a great cafe for when you need to refuel and so much choice of equipment.
The lesson was excellent, with the right amount of theory, and lots of time to.put it all into practice.
Safety was well demonstrated throughout the session and Finn, my instructor was really knowledgeable and patient (I wasn't a natural but managed to do the turns and travel with the wind thanks to Finn 😄)
