    Description

    In the two-hour surf lesson we teach the essence of surfing. The two main techniques that all surfers need to know: how to paddle and catch waves and how to stand on the board. This is the beginning of surfing and a lifestyle!


    Requirements
    1. Maximum 2 persons
    2. Minimum age: 6 years


    What to bring
    1. Beach towel
    2. Comfortable shorts or bathing suit
    3. Sunscreen
    4. Water


    Itinerary
    1. Security Summary
    2. Warmup
    3. Instruction on the beach on how to paddle and put standing on the board (stand-up)
    4. Practice in the water according to the instructions given on the beach
    5. Comments on the water with the instructor
