Active 360 Paddleboarding 

I am an active pensioner with creaky hips who had never paddle boarded before. A friend and I had a lesson with Active 360 this summer on the Thames at Kew Bridge. Our instructor Sophy guided us through the practicalities; how to stand up, how to avoid falling off when a big boat goes by and creates a wash.  It was great paddling along, seeing the river from a different perspective, great fun.
Well organised and well worth it.

This was such a fun experience. Our instructor was knowledgeable and friendly and enabled us to learn the basics quickly and confidently. Great setting. Totally recommend! Thank you!

I would recommend Active 360 Paddle Boarding to those who are looking for a new experience or to perfect a skill
I had tried it once about three years ago and went along expecting to be part of a group. Perhaps fortunately for me the other two people didn’t turn up so effectively I had a one-to-one lesson with Tyler. I wasn’t the fastest ,so perhaps not the most exciting lesson for him but I stayed upright and really enjoyed learning the technique and getting a different perspective from the river.
If you’re thinking about it, I’d give it a go
I met at the Kew Bridge base and paddled down river
I gather when there is a larger  group there’s a stop halfway down at one of the ricerside  pubs. Another incentive to give this a go!
