Thank you Paddle Richmond for the fantastic introduction to paddle boarding.
I never done it before and expected to end up in the water but had very enjoyable trip all the way from Teddington lock to Kingston and back. I was lucky to have Sheena as my instructor. Her clear guidance and careful supervision helped to feel confident and relaxed.

Had a great experience hiring Paddleboards from Paddle Richmond yesterday. Friendly team, got us kitted up and out on the water quickly. Really handy quick safety briefing at the beginning for those of us hiring - hadn't paddled on the Thames before so appreciated that. Would hire again!
