Our Kayak session is the perfect introduction to this great sport. The aim is to get everyone paddling around confidently.

On the water we will cover the basics of paddling and safety to get you going as fast as possible. Once going and time permitting we often go for a little explore to really discover what this sport is about.

When: Wednesday at 4.15pm & Sunday at 11.45am

This is a group lesson of up to 5 adults and not suitable for those under 14

1. A cap if it is very sunny or hat for winter
2. Sunglasses on a string
3. Suncream
4. Water
5. Wetsuit boots or neoprene beach shoes (if you have them) or you can borrow some of ours.
