Description

Fancy floating into fitness with SUP Pilates? Join us for some rejuvenating sessions hosted by Rebecca from @posturepilates Dates are set (weather dependant), so mark your calendars! Bring your own gear or rent from us for a seamless experience on the water. Classes are only £10 for 45 minutes. You can use your own board or hire from MIW at a special rate.

Requirements

You must be able to paddle as we will need to paddle out to the docking station.

What to bring

A cap if it is very sunny or hat for winter
Sunglasses on a string
Suncream
Water
Wetsuit boots or neoprene beach shoes (if you have them) or you can borrow some of ours.
