    Description

    Youth Social Action Project - Help create a sensory garden for a local care home





    Booking note

    Please ensure that young people's names are added via the "Invite participant" link in your booking confirmation at time of booking - Bookings are initially be made in parent/guardian name and then individual participants must be added.


    Participation consent and medical information will be required and these forms will be emailed to you directly for completion and return.


    These can also be accessed by emailing Kerrie.hiscock@berkshireyouth.co.uk and requesting a "Y23 form".

    Please note; all bookings require a minimum of 72hrs notice for cancellations.












    Requirements

    Participants must be aged 11 - 17 years old.
