Take in the sights, sounds and smells of being in the great outdoors with one of our Lake District guided walks.

With this walk you will get to explore the Coniston Valley, a valley full of old mines and quarries with decades of history with our end goal to get to the top of the Coniston Old Man one of the Lake Districts highest mountains at 803 meters above see level.

This activity can be physically demanding and a medium to high level of fitness is required.

1. Walking Boots
2. Rucksack of at least 20 litres
3. Lunch and snacks for being out all day
4. Water at least 2 litres
5. clothing suitable for the weather
6. Spare jumper or fleece
7. Waterproof top and bottoms

All of our guided walks will start with a small introduction from your instructor about the route you will be taking and to check what equipment everyone is carrying to make sure that the group can remain safe on the mountain.
