This session is suitable for people aged 13 and above.

For children 10 to 12 years of age we recommend booking a private session so they can be part of a smaller group and we can give them more instructors time to improve and more enjoyable.

Paddleboarding requires a medium level of fitness and mobility.

1. Swimming costume
2. Old shorts to wear on the outside of the wetsuit
3. Good fitting shoes (flip flops, crocs and sandals are not appropriate)
4. Towel
5. change of clothes for after

Your session will introduce you to all the basics of stand up paddleboarding.

Once you've met your instructor, they will hand out all the equipment you need this will include.

1. Buoyancy aid
2. Wetsuit
3. Paddleboard
4. Leash

Once on the water you will learn how to paddle the board forwards with efficiency and turn affectively in a fun and interactive way.
