With a plethora of activities in our schedule, we have something for every individual, and they get to choose when they go online to book with the unique code, whenever they are ready and book whatever session they feel ready for depending on their skills and fitness levels. You will begin with a SUP Starter class in a small group of 2- 4 other newbies for a 2 hour session. You will learn all about the paddleboards, the equipment and how to manovre the board, including paddling forward, which is more technical than one thinks!We suggest after this starter session you get some practice, so either a river trip if you feel ready Next we suggest our Safety, Skills and Rescue 2 hour class- learning to keep yourself save and how best to support others, this prepares you for the river.This package also includes 2 Guided River Trips. So a total 4 different paddleboard experiences, so you can gain efficiency of your paddling technique and different boarding experience. They are all in small group settings and with a qualified instructor and the paddleboard included.
