What a fabulous weekend. This is the first time I have practised yoga with Karen, and I was not disappointed. Each days practise brought a different approach that challenged me and gave me a better understanding to yoga styles that I have previously maybe not engaged fully with.
I could not fault the venue for our weekend. The quirky pods were cosy and warm, and had everything we needed. The food provided by the hosts Sue and Mike was delicious, as well as their friendliness and attention to detail. The setting was beautiful, giving you a feeling that you were far away in a special place. Thank you
