  • Descrição

A spectacular 5 day adventure, canoeing across Scotland on the Great Glen Way. We will travel 22 Miles of beautiful man made canal and 38 miles of stunning open water Lochs! Please read the Itinerary below.

    Day 1

You will meet our experienced guides at Banavie Car Park in Fort William at 9am. We will say our introductions, share out the equipment, organise the canoes on the water and set off on our 60 mile journey. We will start on the canal which is the perfect place to practice our skills for the open water lochs ahead. We will wild camp on the shores of Loch Lochy.

    Day 2

After breakfast, we will pack up our tents and enjoy the views of loch Lochy as we continue our expedition. We will paddle the length of Loch Lochy followed by a small section of Canal and find Camp on the banks of Loch Oich. There will be an opportunity to stop at 'The Eagle Barge inn" for a drink as we pass.

    Day 3

After our morning routine of breakfast and tent packing, we will enjoy paddling the rest of Loch Oich and paddle into the canal. We will reach Fort Augustus where there will be opportunity to grab lunch or a drink from a local shop. We will then head onto the largest Loch, Loch Ness! We will find camp on Loch Ness.

    Day 4

Today is the day! Finish Loch Ness. We will travel the length of the Loch with our eyes peeled, on the look out for the monster! Take in the breathtaking scenery and a reel sense of adventure. Another amazing day.

    Day 5
