Requisitos

Please note, this is not a cold water swimming session. You may wade to waist depth, and sit down to your shoulders, but we do not allow the face to be submerged, to guard against cold shock.

O que levar

Two towels (one for drying, one for sitting on in the sauna). Swimwear. Swimming hat and footwear to wade in to the water with. Swimming gloves are recommended. If you don't have any, we have a limited amount that can be borrowed. Dry robes are recommended but not essential.

Itinerário

After a short briefing, you will switch between cold water immersion and the heat of the sauna. For your safety, timings will be controlled in each environment. You will end on a rewarming session in the sauna.

A great place to visit, for a short stop off to see the ospreys from the osprey national trust centre, or if you especially like walking, cycling, or if your fly fisherman.
