Fishing at Llyn Aled
Fishing is only allowed by means of artificial fly, spinning and single natural worm. Treble hooks are only permitted for spinning.
Up to six fish kill (Junior permit 3 fish)
Pike to be safely returned.
The use of ground bait and swim feeders, sweetcorn and maggots is prohibited.
Rainbow Trout over 12” (measured from tip of the nose to the fork of the tail) may be retained. When the permit bag limit has been reached, anglers may continue to catch and release a further 12 fish, after that another permit must be bought.
Only one rod and line may be assembled.
Bag searches may be carried out by the Rangers at any time and infringement of any of the rules may result in an immediate ban and possible prosecution.
