Join Us for a Scenic 2-Hour Paddleboard Tour Along the River Avon

Welcome to Bath’s only BSUPA (British Stand Up Paddle Association) recognised paddleboarding school! This guided event is perfect for those who have already had paddleboarding lessons and feel confident enough to embark on a 2-hour journey along the stunning River Avon, where adventure meets wellbeing.

What to Expect:

Your BSUPA-qualified instructor will lead the way, pointing out the rich variety of seasonal wildlife that calls the River Avon home. Keep an eye out for otters, kingfishers, herons, cormorants, dragonflies, damselflies, woodpeckers, buzzards, red kites, kestrels, grass snakes, slow worms, ducks, moorhens, and our resident swans.

After a safety briefing and being fitted with a buoyancy aid, you’ll set off downstream. Along the way, your guide will be happy to discuss paddle techniques, answer any questions, and even help you choose the perfect paddleboard for your style—including our exciting multi-rider Dragonboards!

2. Learn about local wildlife and improve your paddleboarding skills with expert guidance.

Who Can Join?

1. Recommended Age: Minimum age of 14 years due to the distance covered.
2. Families & Groups: If using a Dragonboard, age requirements are flexible—contact us to discuss your needs.
3. Young Children: An adult may share their paddleboard with a young child at no extra cost, though this will make paddling more challenging.

2. Under 16's to be accompanied by an adult.
