Each Sunday - times will be agreed on the first day to tie in with tides and availability of everyone on the course.
2 hours each day over 4 weekends
It is not possible to do parts of the course over different months.
Getting fitted for a wetsuit.
Introduction to the board, waxing a board, surf safety.
On the beach surf safety
Catching waves. You will be shown how to catch waves by yourself and how to trim the board.
How to stand up. We have 3 different ways on how to stand up, we'll tailor this to your individual needs.
Plenty of practice and coaching.
Surf Safety all through the week.
Pictures and video of your surfing (Depending on conditions and staff availability).
Ages are for 16 up to 70.
We find that any more than 2 hours surfing in a day and most beginners are shattered.
All Equipment is provided
Times for the rest of the course will be discussed and decided between the group and the instructor to make it easier for the majority of participants on the course
