The Surf Maniax Surf Course is the start of the Surfing, Learning Pathway.
The course covers all the Basic aspects of:
- Surfing
- Surfing Safely
- looking after equipment
- catching waves
- standing
- balance
- fitness
- dealing with injuries
- tides, currents
- types of waves
- Surfing and the environment
- and much much more...
Each Session is split into :
- theory
- fitness
- lifestyle
- surfing.
Each course includes, the Surf Learning Pathway Log Book, , Porthcawl Surf School T-Shirt and all equipment needed.
The course is suitable for children age 7 -16.
