Coasteering is a high-adrenaline exploration of Crantock's mesmerising coast. Dive into 2 hours of electrifying adventure, exploring the spectacular and rugged intertidal zone of Crantock's Pentire headland.

In this awe-inspiring activity, you'll scramble over rocks, wash through gulleys, test your nerves in some incredible caves and launch yourself off cliffs into the crystal clear water below.

*Minimum requirement of 2 participants per session. If only 1 participant is booked for a certain timeslot you'll be offered the choice of a rescheduled session, change of activity, upgrade to Private Lesson or a refund.

Coasteering can be physically demanding, you'll need a good level of basic fitness and be confident in water. We adapt the route to each group, however you'll be swimming, walking, climbing, crawling and jumping for 2 hours so prepare to put some effort in!

1. An old pair of shorts to wear over your wetsuit
2. A pair of trainers (not wet-shoes)
