    Yoga with Charlie is back in the country, and we’re getting together to deliver a one of a kind wellness morning 🤍🍃🧘🏻 Join us for some calm on Sunday 4th August for one hour of SUP Yoga, followed by a gentle paddle on the Thames.





    Charlie’s classes combine meditation + yin yoga, set in a rural and secluded part of the River Thames. Can you think of a more tranquil setting for a bit of yoga? We can't.

    Her classes are tailored to work excellently on a SUP, perfect for all abilities from beginner to intermediate. To learn more about SUP Yoga, check out Charlies blog where she talks about some of her fave beginner postures. We can’t wait for you to join her 🤍

    🦺🏄🏻‍♀️If you’ve got your own board, please bring it, alternatively you can hire from us for an additional £10. You’ll need to add this on during the booking process.





    Please note: You CAN park at Paxmead Riverside Base. Here there is plenty of private off road parking, toilets, and showers ✔️

    8. If you would like to borrow our kit, that’s no problem, just select this option when you book and we will provide you with a SUP, paddle, buoyancy aid, dry bag, QR belt, and waterways license. 


    Cancellations

    7 days notice or less: You will not be entitled to a refund. Please carefully read the cancellation policy here. By booking you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

    🩹 The quality of our local waterways is something to always be aware of and it’s important to do your own research regarding this. When paddle boarding with us we ask that you cover up any minor cuts and abrasions, and to wash once you are home if you fall/swim in the river, this is to reduce the risk of disease such as weil's disease. Paddle Up strongly recommends not to participate in paddling if I have any open wounds, and instead to reschedule. 







    Requisitos
    1. Minimum age of 18 (teenages may join if participating with a parent or guardian minimum age of 15yo, must be one adult per under 18yo)
    2. Must be able to swim minimum of 50m
    3. Complete beginners are welcome
    4. Woman & Men both welcome 🙏🏼

    You must bring the following

    1. Towel
    2. Change of warm clothes
    3. Water
    4. Your Yogi A game!


    Come wearing activewear. If you have, then you may want to bring your changing robe and a flask of hot tea.
