Our versatile hall hire offers a spacious and adaptable setting that can be transformed to suit any occasion, from community gatherings and workshops to private functions, fitness classes and corporate meetings.

Customer must bring all items needed for their booking.

Customer is responsible for setting up the space and returning it to its original condition within the booked timeframe.

All bookings are self-service, so no assistance will be available on-site. There will be a contact number located on the wall in the kitchen for emergencies only. You will receive a QR code on the morning of your event for access to the facility. This will expire when your booking finishes.

Customer is responsible for ensuring guests behave appropriately and respect the venue.

Customer must clean the space after use (removing rubbish, wiping down surfaces, returning furniture).

Any specialist equipment required for their event (e.g., projector, yoga mats, party decorations etc).

Cleaning materials (e.g., bin bags, cloths, sprays) to ensure the site is left tidy.

Any food, drinks, or catering items (if applicable).

Extension leads or adapters if they require multiple power points.
