Current Swim Timetable


Tuesday 10.30am to 11.30am

Wednesday 4 to 5pm

Thursday 10.30am to 11.30am

Weekend 9.30am to 10.30am


Current Water Temp 6 degrees

Requirements

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the session starts to get ready.

Participants must be able to swim at least 200 metres minimum.

Swimmers must have no known medical issues which may affect there swimming ability.

What to bring

Bathing Costume

wetsuit if you use one or you can hire one for £5

Towel or dry robe or both!

Towfloat or you can use our spare ones.

Bright colour swim cap

inhaler if you use one

20p for the lockers
