Requirements

Must be able to swim at least 50 metres

Physically fit enough to climb onto the board if you fall in the water

What to bring

Towel

wetsuit( optional or you can hire)

spare clothes

20p for the lockers

inhaler or other medication if needed

Itinerary

check in at reception

Get changed

Staff will take you to the dockside and give you a safety brief and show you the route to paddle
