On this amazing adventure you will explore part of our stunning coastline by foot, it involves climbing, swimming and scrambling along the rocks to find some of our favourite jumps.

All safety equipment including wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets are provided by us, all you need to bring are some trainers or wetsuit boots.

All participants must be competent swimmers (able to swim at-least 50m unaided).

The minimum recommended age is 12 however, we may take younger participants depending on the conditions and the rest of the groups ability.

Please contact us before booking if you have any younger participants or any other concerns.

We can only accept participants under the age of 18 if there parent or legal guardian are also participating in the session.

Please bring trainers or wetsuit boots to wear during the session and a pair of swimming/board shorts to wear over your wetsuit.

You may also want to bring a swimming costume to wear under your wetsuit, a towel, sun-cream, a bottle of water and something warm to put on after the session.
