You will then set off on the Camel estuary where you will learn about the history of the area and have the chance to see some beautiful wildlife and explore some secluded creeks away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Padstow.

    What to bring

Shoes you dont mind getting wet or dirty, weather appropriate clothing (something warm if its cold, waterproof if its raining) and a spare set of warm clothes.

Bring sun cream if its needed and something to drink, you are also more than welcome to bring some food along.

We meet at the start point, the instructor will introduce themselves and show you how to fit your buoyancy aid.

you will then have a safety brief and be taught the basics before setting off on a beautiful trip along the Camel Estuary.
