Up to 8 people per trip allows for big family and friend groups with plenty of spaces for the solo adventurers; you will get to meet lots of like-minded people all having a fun day out.
Our Venture Islay kayaks are nice and stable, allowing you to experience the sit-in kayak experience. You will get to learn lots of fun skills on the water which you can take away with you on bigger sea kayaking adventures.
The Jurassic Coast has an abundance of sea life which you may get to see whilst out kayaking. We have pods of dolphins that make their way along the coastline along with seals, spider crabs, sea birds and an array of fish.
Requirements
You are required to have an epic time while kayaking with H2O Adventures. Children must be 13 and over and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Buoyancy aids are provided so you only need to be happy in the water and don't need to be an amazing swimmer as our instructors will be on hand to assist you getting back into your kayak.
What to bring
Itinerary
On arrival, you will be met by our enthusiastic and passionate guides and coaches. You will get fitted with your buoyancy aid, and helmets, before heading over for some on-land training which covers the fundamental skills of manoeuvring your kayak on the water and using a paddle effectively.
Once out on the water, you will have time to get to grips with your kayak before heading out to explore both the old pier and the new pier. This is a great opportunity to master the art of turning and carving your kayak.
We can then head out into Swanage Bay for lots of fun games and races, and, for the more adventurous, head right across to the other side of Swanage Bay.
On your way home, we have our stand up in a kayak challenge for anyone brave enough to test their skills.
