Requirements
Our Paddleboarding sessions are suitable for ages 10 and over. Under 18’s must be accompanied on the water by a responsible adult.
The ability to swim at least 15m un-aided is desirable but not essential, as you will be provided with all appropriate safety equipment and our instructors are all suitably trained and qualified for all rescue scenarios.
What to bring
Paddleboarding is a water sport so you should come prepared to get a little wet.
Please come prepared in clothes you are happy to get wet in (preferably not cotton) and an old pair of securely fitting, closed toe shoes.
You will want a towel and change of clothes for afterwards, just in case.
It is advised that you bring any personal medication you may require, prescribed or otherwise, with you on your session. Watertight containers will be provided to put phones, keys and other valuable items in while we are on the water
