  • Description

Come join us for 2-hours of Paddle Boarding on a gentle stretch of the Leeds Liverpool Canal near Bingley & Saltaire. Test your balance and co-ordination to try and see if you have what it takes to "Stand-Up" on water.

Paddle boarding has a high chance of getting wet from falling in, however our expert coaches and instructors are there to give you the tips, tricks and tools to maximise the experience and enjoyment. Although called Stand-Up Paddle Boarding or SUP for short, you can paddle these boards laying down, sitting, kneeling or even from a yoga pose if you can manage it, standing up is the not the only way to enjoy the sport.

Already done a spot of Paddleboarding before? We can adapt the sessions to suit your individual needs, but if you fancy progressing further in the sport, then why not check out our SUP Skills Club instead?
