    We’re very excited to be partnering with another wonderful local business to bring you SUP Yoga and Wellbeing.

    The Yogalina Wellness Centre in Witney is is a centre of evolution and spiritual growth in the heart of Witney offering yoga and other wellness services for all ages and abilities

    Their Founder Alina is a highly experienced Yoga instructor who is qualified by the British Stand Up Paddle Association to teach SUP Yoga.

    These sessions are all about forgetting the stress & hassle of daily life, connecting with nature and the water and finding your Zen! 

    WHAT WE PROVIDE: Board, an experienced Instructor, paddles, buoyancy aids and wetsuits if needed.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED: You need to bring your swimwear, a towel, and your clothes for afterwards.


    This session is suitable for beginners. You don't need to have tried SUP before, as our Yoga Instructor is a fully qualified SUP Instructor too.

    A Perfect, gentle introduction to SUP yoga which will show you how relaxing and peaceful it is.

    What to bring

    You'll need to bring a pair of trainers or water-sports shoes to wear on your feet, along with your swimwear and a towel.

    We provide wetsuits and buoyancy aids.

    During the warmer months of summer you can wear shorts & t-shirts.


    Please check in at SUP Club HQ.

    Once we've got you kitted up and ready to go we'll head over to the water.

    After a quick 5 minute demo and safety brief we'll get straight onto the water and get paddling out to the Yoga dock.

    You should expect to be on the water for 50 minutes.
