Description
Join us for a stunning Full Moon paddle along the River Thames from Wolvercote through Port Meadow and down into the city.
Meeting at 7.00pm we'll head out onto the river at 7.30pm just before the sun sets.
Paddling through the beautiful Port Meadow we'll go with the flow downstream into Oxford, turning around near Osney.
We'll paddle back upstream by moonlight, finishing at approx 9.30pm.
This tour is suitable for anyone who has completed a 2 hour BSUPA Ready to Ride SUP lesson with us, or is a regular competent paddler.
You can bring your own board or hire a board from us.
Requirements
You are required to complete a BSUPA "Ready to Ride" Lesson before attending this tour, or be a regular, confident independent paddler..
This is to ensure you can paddle confidently and safely on your own, so that you can fully enjoy the session.
If bringing your own board please ensure you have a leash with a quick release waist belt and a PFD/Buoyancy aid.
If you don't have a PFD you can hire one from the Club.

Our meeting point is the free car park on Godstow Road in Wolvercote. The postcode is: OX2 8PE
Please check in with a member of the team when you arrive.
Once we've got everyone kitted up and ready to go we'll head out onto the water.
We'll start with a safety brief and then head out onto the water and get paddling.
You should expect to be on the water and paddling for 90 minutes.
