This introductory course is aimed at people who have never paddleboarded before or who have had a go but want to learn the basics on a structured lesson. During this course, you will cover some basic theory, Paddling techniques, different types of turns, self-rescue & how to fall safely.
If you've just bought some kit and want to try it out, let us know in advance and we can help you set it up.
